Yangon Institute of Education, Practising High School also known as TTC in short. Establishing since 1931. This is one of the most popular and biggest BEHS in the City of Yangon. TTC stands for Teachers' Training College referring to its association with the Institute of Education that runs it whose former name was Teachers' Training College. the capital of Yangon Division.

- Yi Mon Aye (1997): Outstanding scientist (Chemistry) graduated from the University of Oxford, discovered new compounds. Won British Council's International Students' Award in an essay competition. Awarded Royal Chemical Society prize and achieved top GCE A-Level mark in Chemistry in the entire United Kingdom.
- Su Myat Noe (2000): South East Asian Gold Medalist
